TRIBEKA trusts V3rtice for its new Social Media strategy

At V3rtice, we’ve redesigned their Instagram and LinkedIn presence with a content strategy, tone, and look & feel that reflect their value proposition: retail interior design with identity, technique, and creativity. The goal: to improve their digital reputation and connect with key clients and partners.

Tribeka Real Retail is an interior design studio specialized in retail. In Tribeka they design commercial spaces combining functionality and brand identity with efficiency. How? Through Real Retail concepts where they take care of even the smallest detail to make an integral design of commercial spaces. 

But what makes them special and sets them apart from the competition?

As commercial interior designers, a big part of the work is creativity, but also technical know-how. Tribeka knows perfectly how customers interact in a commercial space and they are able to find the balance between an attractive store, comfortable to walk around, where we focus the customer’s attention on the products and aspects that matter.

With what objective?

To come back and repeat the experience. Tribeka’s goal is to translate your brand into a physical space in a coherent way, with recognizable elements that create an impactful experience that invites the customer to visit the store and stimulates sales.

 

What has been V3rtice’s strategy for Tribeka?

V3rtice, as a communication agency in Barcelona and Madrid, has established a strategy in social networks with a new approach aimed at improving the quality of its Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, through copies elaborated with useful information for the user and also, designing its new look and feel to give Tribeka the brand image it needs. A minimalist touch and well cared for closely to reach the desired audience. 

In addition, one of the points to reinforce and retake with more strength is its Linkedin channel as a key platform for future customers and potential partners or investors in the sector among others. In this sense, the main objective is to generate quality content and position ourselves with a better reputation.

Based on this strategy, studying the brand well and working the messages to the millimeter, we continue working to achieve the proposed objectives day by day.

What have been the digital actions to achieve these objectives?

V3rtice has proposed a set of actions such as generating useful content for the user, generating brand recognition, creating needs to the potential target, generating a link of proximity with Tribeka, etc. to help achieve visibility, notoriety and quality leads in a global and personalized way.
