Event Organization: Carly Launches Its New Functionality in Spain with an Exclusive V3rtice Event

Event organization is crucial to ensuring a brand’s success when launching or presenting new products. For Carly, a leader in automotive diagnostics, the launch of its new functionality in Spain marks a key milestone in its communication strategy. That’s why, at V3rtice, an event-organization agency, we took charge of designing and executing a corporate event that met the brand’s objectives and ensured maximum media exposure.

One of the first steps in organizing an event is finding the right venue. In this case, we selected a strategic location that reflects Carly’s innovation and technology, creating the perfect environment for the presentation: the Jarama RACE Circuit. Additionally, we managed the entire event production, from logistics to staging, including the creation of roll-ups.

A Unique Experience for Attendees and Gastronomic Details

Another key aspect of organizing a corporate event is the experience for attendees. Paola Nosthas, Carly’s Country Manager in Spain, led the product presentation, showcasing its new functionality and offering a detailed explanation to attendees. Beyond her words, the guests had the opportunity to experience the OBD scanner firsthand, testing it on a Carly-branded vehicle to discover its function.

To enhance this experience, V3rtice coordinated a high-quality catering service, offering a gastronomic proposal aligned with Carly’s brand image. Every detail was carefully planned to ensure that guests enjoyed a memorable event that aligned with the brand’s values. Furthermore, to close the day, the invited journalists had the chance to enjoy a unique experience: a Driving & Drifting session on one of the Circuit Jarama’s tracks.

Press Coverage and Communication Strategy

Alongside logistical planning, the press invitation was a fundamental part of the project. We took charge of inviting key journalists from the automotive and technology sectors, ensuring high-impact media coverage. The communication strategy wasn’t limited to the invitation alone: on the day of the event, a press release was sent out with all the relevant information, ensuring that the news reached a wider audience.

Organizing a corporate event is a challenge that requires an event agency with creativity, strategy, and flawless execution. At V3rtice, we work to ensure that every detail adds value to the event’s success, from conceptualization to media distribution. The launch of Carly’s new functionality in Spain has been an exciting challenge, once again demonstrating the importance of a well-structured communication strategy and a well-executed corporate event.

Since 2023, we have been working to enhance its image in Spain, starting by increasing its visibility when it arrived in the country for the first time in October 2023.
