Synergie is one of the leading companies in human resources solutions in Spain, offering a job search portal with temporary job offers throughout the country. But to become a benchmark, it first had to face the challenge of positioning itself in a highly competitive market. To achieve this goal, it relied on our SEO agency to develop an SEO strategy that would improve its visibility in search engines.
The Synergie challenge
Synergie needed to improve their online presence, especially in terms of organic traffic and SEO. To achieve this goal, at V3rtice we listened to their needs and started working on an SEO strategy to improve their brand visibility.
Four key objectives for growth
1. Increase SEO traffic: Synergie wanted to improve its organic traffic and capture qualified leads so that its website would be visited by an audience potentially interested in its services. This included, on the one hand, attracting companies in need of HR solutions and, on the other hand, capturing the attention of people looking for temporary job offers.

2. Improve their web positioning: Another priority was to optimize their web keywords to compete for the best keywords in the employment and human resources sector. The goal was to improve the average position of high value keywords to increase visibility and reach a greater number of qualified users in search results.

3. Increase the volume of impressions and clicks: Synergie was looking to gain visibility and relevance for search terms. This required increasing the number of times its web pages appeared in search results and the number of times users clicked on those results to access the content.

4. Encourage user retention: Another objective was to increase the quality of visits, i.e., to encourage users to spend more time on the site. To achieve this, navigation, design and content had to be improved to invite users to consult more pages, generating a more complete and attractive experience.

The company had an organic presence that was not up to the results they wanted: not only should they appear in the first result when searching for the brand name, but also when the user searched for the company’s concept which, in this case, was “ett + city” and “temporary employment company”.

To meet this client’s objectives, our digital team designed a comprehensive SEO strategy that focused on three key areas:

1. Focus on keywords with content optimization:
After an initial detailed audit of the Synergie website, we identified opportunities to increase brand relevance and improve the quality of content on the most visited pages. We focused primarily on strategic topics such as job postings, which generated significant organic traffic and responded to key user searches. In addition, we curated their blog content to drive more traffic to the website and increase time on page through interesting content for the user, based on the best keywords related to the sector.

2. Constant updating and readjustment of the strategy:
Our strategy was continuously adjusted according to the results obtained month by month, in order to refine the results more and more. By monitoring key metrics, such as keyword positioning and organic traffic, V3rtice adapted each of the actions to maximize the performance of our own strategy and proactively detect areas for improvement.

3. Optimization of the user experience:
Along with the SEO strategy, V3rtice also sought to improve the experience of the user arriving at the Synergie website, optimizing navigation through a good link-building logic to increase the number of pages visited and the time spent on the website. This approach has helped to maintain user retention and improve SEO traffic relevance.

Increased click volume for key terms: In October 2024, branded terms such as “synergie” or “synergie ett” saw significant growth in organic clicks over the previous year (+57%). This indicates that we were able to capture the attention of users on searches directly related to Synergie’s services and job-related topics.

Improvement in geolocated terms: Keywords such as “ett barcelona” or “ett valencia” showed better click performance and we managed to position eight different cities among the top 25 keywords driving traffic to the website. This reflects a well-adapted SEO strategy to attract traffic in specific locations, allowing Synergie to stand out in regional searches, a crucial point when attracting companies and candidates in key areas.

Expanding the thematic range of searches: In addition to brand and geolocation terms, keywords related to specific services, such as “corporate social responsibility” or “occupational psychology test”, have improved brand visibility. This increase in diversified thematic queries shows how V3rtice’s strategy has succeeded in expanding Synergie’s reach with relevant content from the HR sector.
