In the pre-production process, we take care of coordinating with the client all the technical and human needs: from the rental of the space, the logistical contracting of the event (sound, lighting, streaming, etc.), the catering, furniture and others.
After this first phase, we entered a most advanced phase. One of the key points is to define the communication strategy of the event and take into account the actions of the press and/or protocol as possible promotional actions both online and offline.
Finally, when the date of the event arrives, as a communication agency, we take care of its coverage (both communication, audiovisual, etc.): the attention of the attendees, the attention in the media, the management of suppliers, etc. We measure all the aspects to take into account in the event.
